Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility
- You have 30 days after delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-returnable items
- Gift cards, sale items, or personalized products cannot be refunded.
- Any item not in its original condition (damaged or missing parts not due to our error).
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us at contact@trakely.com and we’ll send a replacement.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
